Also -
1.  Since another shortcut conflicted, I really never saw the sidebar  (I
used the toolbar icon) ...   SOooooooo ... it would never occur to me to
check view->sidebar since Gmarks was never primarily a sidebar utility (for
me)

2.  Ironically - the add-on that conflicted was TinyMenu    - which allowed
me to hide most of the FF toolbar menu ... only exposing "tools" ...

I appreciate the quick response.  I don't know if you are the author - but
all it would take is to make reference to Alt-M in the options dialog  (and
even better, an option to change it).

While I have your attention though ... you wouldn't happen to know if
somehow GMarks would allow me to make the bookmarks on the FF toolbar
portable, too.   Normally this isn't part of Google-Bookmarks, but I thought
I would ask if somehow there was a way in GMarks.
