Is the $5000 limit, the amount of cash at one time? Or assets?
The reason for asking the difference, is that once decisions
have been made about such things as the location of the LBS2001,
we can prepay many things, like rent on the space. This keeps
the cash below whatever limit we need. From a bookkeeping
point of view, however, prepaid expenses are an asset.
I know it's a nit, but we need to keep these in mind up front.
