That isn'ta bad idea Bob. I really don't know if it is necessary, without
asking Ed, but if all the Chairs of the chapters would like to sign, that
would be great.

Dave - Monadlug
Paul or Rob L - Merrilug
Lori or Rob A - SLUGS
Bob - Centralugs
or Ed - general council (just kidding Ed)
