I personally don't know that, but Ed will I am sure. I will be printing
this out and talking with him tonight. He will be at the Concord meeting.

To start, we are filing for the State of NH non-profit. We have a year to
do the Fed from my understanding. If of course there is a difference and Ed
didn't metnion it to me about what you asked below, then of course we need
to go all the way. It is on eof the main reasons we are doing it.
