Yes, you can - and since you've done it, you know what a pain it can be.  
It's not an easy task and generally requires someone signing a piece of 
paper as an officer of the company - this is not a secret formula, so "not 
telling how" is silly.  We all should know it.

So then, which is it?  Is it too many chiefs or are you suggesting a 
formal organization?  I'm simply shooting for the realistic possibilities 
here.  What's going to happen if X or Y decide they want to leave the 
group or move to another state?
