I have a meeting with them next Wed.  After that I will know much more
and will report back.  I don't want to disclose anything until I have a
sense of what it really might mean.  It could be a large
joint undertaking.

Their specific mission is to increase the availability of internet
access and computer resources to the population of the northern part of
the state.  I guess the phrase de joir for this is "closing the digital
divide."
