BTW: The CAS-221, which is the 2 port model has AT style keyboad plugs and
both serial and PS/2 mouse jacks. The CAS-421 uses the smaller PS/2 style
jacks for both.
I might be preaching to the choir, but I do very strongly recommend and
electronic switch (such as the Edimax CAS-x21 or the Cybex SwitchView). I
was just checking Cybex's web site, and the SwitchViewSC has the hot key
switching removed. I was just checking the Edimax site, and their Genie
line has hot keys. At work, the hot key feature of the Cybex Switchview is
important because I frequenlt switch between 2 systems on 2 different
networks. At home, pressing the button is just as convenient, and I can run
a telnet or x term session between the systems. One drawback of the hot key
is that I occasionally set it on when I don't want it.
