OK, I can understand that. That is one of the reasons that I went back
to using plain-old fvwm rather than one of those new-fangled WM ;-) As
for Top, I never really thought about where I run it making a difference
(ok, so I was running it in an xterm ;-) ).

Yup..... It just sits there. I can't use the F# kets to switch consoles,
either..

So THAT'S what that is for.... I never did get around to reading the
docs on that...
