Oops, I meant to also confirm that this is correct. What is needed is a
network with 30 hosts, 
which is a .224 subnet mask as shown in my stupid little table below.

In this case, the network address is 206.84.220.64 and the broadcast
address is 206.84.220.95 for the subnet you need.  Those two addresses
are not hosts, and should not be assigned to hosts. Doing so may work on
some ancient (or broken) implementations of IPv4, but it's definitely a
BAD thing. All the addresses in between are valid hosts though.
