I believe he was referring to a question I asked the group a while back:
whether it is possible to construct a single /28 subnet using two
discontiguous /29 address blocks. For example, given an existing /29 at
.216, would it be possible to construct a /28 with addr/mask
.152/255.255.255.184 by using the /29 at .152.
