That was his point :) ccb works for them. Of course, you ought to
know by now, Derek and I don't usually hold much back, if we had something bad
to say about VA, we'd say it.
Actually, there are a couple of "constructive criticism" type things I can
say :)
1. Our last order we specified we wanted the VA/RH 6.1 dist installed
we got 6.2, which has a lot of bugs, and no fixes yet
2. The media pack ought to be included with every server,
not a separate line item
3. rack mount slide rails should be the default
4. There ought to be more t-shirts, bumper-stickers, and the like
included :)
5. Local SEs should be required to visit their customers at least
once a month and take them out for a beer ;)
