Yes,  we have actually forbidden him from any future purchasing, since this 
isn't the first thing he's gotten wrong :)

Donate them to local LUGs and Libraries, any extras after that will go to heat 
my house in the wood stove ;)

The 4-corner rails are a pain, make the customer specifically ask for those :)

Give them the good stuff by default.  The amount of money one saves buying a 
VA system as compared to a Sun, DEC (er, Compaq), or HP will help them afford 
the extra $40 or so for the slide-rail kit :)
