I think the question was meant to mean, do we share subscriber's addresses. 
i.e., do we resell the list, openly publish them, or use them for any other 
purposes than just this list. 

In which case, the answer is no, but they are easily accessible via a 'who' 
command to the server.  So anyone wanting the list can easily obtain the list.
