"Windows" and "Security" in the Same Breath/Sentence is kinda like
driving a pinto down a dead end street and wondering why

PS. im not sure there is an easy answer for the encryption and
protecting the harddisk data ... the only sure way i know of is to do
the walmart demo machine "special" bios, and have your machine's bios
have a boot locker burned in. so its impossible to clear or boot
unless you log passed the bios bootup   my two cents + interest
