I actually didn't really see that much difference between what you did and
what anyone else has done. So don't beat yourself up, Paul. I think you did
a good job.
I think this Slashdot comment would be more indicative of a general problem
with the way we run the meetings.
Of course, the first question should be, do we have a problem? Or is this
just one person having a bad day?
So, I would like to kick-off a general discussion: To those of you who
attend or have attended a GNHLUG meeting, what did you think?
Too short? Too long?
Too technical? Not technical enough? Interesting? Boring?
Is the food+drink aspect we often incorporate wrong or right?
What do you think of the "raffle" we usually do to distribute the freebies
various organizations have given us?
Should we focus more on the users attending, rather then simply sitting down
and listening to the presentation?
What do *YOU* think of our LUG meetings?

For that matter, even if you don't attend the meetings but do lurk on the
list, please consider this an invitation to step forward and introduce
yourself to the list. (Only if you want, of course. If you just want to
lurk, that's okay, too.)
