I've been using Mindspring (Now Earthlink) for over a year. They don't
"officially" support Linux, but I found that if you need to call tech support,
act very polite and friendly, request to speak to someone who understands
Linux/Unix, and be willing to wait on hold for a bit, or get a call back,
they're wonderful. I had to wait at most 15 minutes while the "local Linux
guru" was on another call. As soon as I spoke to him, my minor problem was
taken care of within 5 minutes.

Since then I've never had to call back. Oh, they're $19.95 a month for
unlimited usage, 2 mail accounts, web access to mail, and even 5 or 10 megs of
web space.
