Hmmmm. I wonder if it has something to do with service area or CO? Where
were these people (general area)?
The Vitts DSL circuits we have are concentrated in the Amesbury/Newburyport
and Lawrence/Andover areas.

This sounds exactly like what was happened before their "upgrade", which is
why I wonder if maybe they didn't finish some areas. If that is the case, we
want to know, so we can ask them what the fsck they're doing.
