Nice to hear from someone with the airlines. Any advice which I might pass
along to my 81 year-old mother, (I had already sent her a ticket before this
happened) who will be traveling alone? Do the airlines offer any special
assistance (that's assistance, no exceptions to the rules expected) to
those who might not be able to endure the long lines etc?
