It seems I was assuming there was a consensus on what we wanted to do, but
maybe it isn't as clear-cut as that. Here is the end goal for this ticket form
my POV:

- [gnome-apps-nightly](https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-apps-nightly) is
officially deprecated, and nothing gets built from it. We can even archive it.
- App maintainers interested in having nightlies for their apps will have to
build them in the CI of their project. This way, they know when the builds
fail. They will get flat-manager tokens to push to the new nightly host. We
should make things easier for them (and less error-prone) by providing
templates and docker images they can use.
- I'm not sure what's best for core apps. On the one hand, Release Team would
like to oversee that they build and work (and they should probably be built in
gnome-build-meta). On the other hand, they already have flatpak manifests in
their repositories, and it would be the path of least resistance to treat them
the same as other apps for now.
