 There are those rare cases where people use three or even more screens, so
it's not necessarily free to use. But on the other hand, some may have the
second screen above the first one so all it comes down to is allowing the
user to move and customize the shell. All cases cannot be satisfied with one
model.

So, rest the left side of the screen.

This looks pritty much like what Mark Shuttleworth has planned out for
Ubuntu 10.10's Unity interface. It's meant to be complementary to Gnome
