Heck, the source code was made available before the case was filed, even. But it was made available by someone who was not even sued. How do you explain such a curious thing? Hint, you cannot. The SDLC is a bunch of opportunistic buffoons who prey on the little guy for legal fees. They dishonor the name of FOSS.
