Hmm - I have a little problem with that, too - when my netscape tries
to get "lily.ps", it starts gv to display it. gv complains again:
Error: /undefined in staffrulethickness
Operand stack:
Execution stack:
%interp_exit () --nostringval-- --nostringval-- --nostringval-- false
--nostringval-- --nostringval-- %runexec_finish --nostringval--
--nostringval-- --nostringval--
Dictionary stack:

But of course - I found the file in /tmp, and copied it into lily.ps,
and voila - it works!

Well - I haven't lily installed at work...

Yes - I unpacked the .gz file just to be sure that gzip wasn't the
problem.

Netscape has been known for damaging gzipped files. It looks like this
may not be the case any longer.
When 'gv'ing both files I agree - they both look nice (Lily of course
a little nicer, but I may be biased. Just a little...:-). It looks as
if Lily has some text collision problems, but that may come from the
input - I haven't looked at it, and do not intend to, either.
But - for some reason the Lily version does not seem to appear on the
printer - it simply disappears somewhere.
This printer - a "HP LaserJet 4 Si" is known to eat the output if it
for instance does not fit into the paper format, so I have tried to
send it to another one, but alas - no print there either.
