For the music on http://www.gmd.de/Misc/Music/scores/ I got a lot
of complaints for empty(!) pages, which are there for double-side
printing. If a reason was given then it was: waste of paper.
And some people were really "angry" because of one page music
which had a title page, an empty page, the music and another
empty page (because some PS-printer either stop with timeout
if there aren't an even number of pages or start printing
the next job on the last sheet of the previous page).
But that's another issue and is a little bit OT here.
My message was: a CR-notice isn't *required* to make a work copyrighted
