I would be in complete agreement with this decision. Debian is every so
slightly harder to install than RedHat, and the package management part
of the installation is a little more complex at first, but it is MUCH
better in the long run. Very well maintained, and very powerful. It's
definately recommended if you can handle a little awkwardness at first.
