And I would suggest to include something like 'save preferences', which
I have to repeat now everytime I restart GnuCash.

Oh, and could we include a dialog for choosing a default directory for
the files ?
In the moment it's the cureent or the home-directory of the user, but
this is not where I would put my financial-files.

Just an idea.. ( I know I should learn to code and do it on my own,
but I'm not that good yet.. ;-) )
