Truly small businesses such as mine don't have back offices or servers:
just desktops.  Those I'm familiar with seem to use either what their
accountant tells them to use (chosen because it works well with his
software and he gets a commision) or some sort of "back office" package
targeted at their industry.

That is exactly what I want.
