The only thing in the sources we build on Windows that uses clock_gettime is 
Guile and it provides its own implementation. The MSYS 2 project strips their 
binaries so I can’t go looking to see where that might be coming from so we’ll 
have to try to isolate it some other way.

Since it’s crashed there’s a lock file on your data and GnuCash will pop the 
lock file dialog before loading. Does it crash before that happens? If not, and 
you tell it to make a new file instead does it crash? If that works try finding 
your gcm file in GNC_DATA_DIR/books (check out 
https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Configuration_Locations#GNC_DATA_HOME) and 
renaming it so that GnuCash doesn’t try to reload the tabs you had open. Does 
that crash after you tell GnuCash to Open Anyway?
