Please remember to copy the list on all replies. On most mail clients you’ll 
use “reply all”.

Several users have reported on another thread about the same problem that they 
can fix it by uninstalling GnuCash using the Windows Applications screen, then 
deleting c:\Program Files (x86)\gnucash before (re)installing GnuCash 5.13.  
Have you tried that?
