That's my concern with using "scheduled" transactions -- they do not happen
on any regular basis.

But I think only scheduled transactions can use variables.

So, maybe a transaction that is never automatically entered, but can be
available as a "since last run".


I don't need to duplicate the transaction - I just have the auto-complete
recall the previous transaction and then enter the correct dollar amount on
each of the splits.
