The links all point to 5.14 versions. John's release announcement notes
as much and provides direct links to the 5.15 downloads.
Since the OP is on Mint running the latest version, Flatpak is likely
being used, so the versions linked on the main site aren't controlling.

If history is any indicator of the future, I'd expect that 5.16 will be
released as scheduled on June 28, so it will be available on June 30.
