what if there was a filter previously set with the Saved Filter box ticked? When the user sets up a filter with that box not ticked, at the end of the session is the previous saved filter restored, or the default filter? I hope it's the previous saved filter filter, because throwing that saved filter away and reverting to the default would seem like a bug to me.
