However, these problems seem to have increased dramatically of late. Has anyone else experienced similar problems when trying to pay for documents to be copied from the Archives? I have been trying to pay for copies for more than a week now without success. Every imaginable form of credit card receives a "transaction failure" notice due to a problem with "parameters." The webmaster there does not respond to emails. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.
