The best solution would be to fire all these incompetent morons who are working in setting up these governmental websites and then ask the likes of Dr S. Somanath from ISRO to lend some of their crack coders to help resolve the situation. It is disgraceful an unacceptable that the public have to put up with needless waste of time due to mediocre work of others - paid to do the work in the first place and draw a pension later in life for their great 'work'! We can do code to land on the Moon and Mars but can't do simple code to allow researchers to register for an Archives account. 🙁

I have been trying to pay for copies for more than a week now without success. Every imaginable form of credit card receives a "transaction failure" notice due to a problem with "parameters."
