I have strong view that women can comfortably accuse men of rape. Since the burden of proof is on the men, I am of the opinion that should it be proved that the rape charge was levied by any woman to vindicate or defame or in any manner hurt the concerned man or men, then the court should punish the Plaintiff with a very serious punishment.
My suggestion is to award the concerned woman or women the very punishment that would have been awarded to the men folk, had the charge been proved correct. This would serve as a powerful deterrent to any woman and as a reminder Not to Play with such a serious matter and waste the precious time of the Police and the Justice Department / Court.
