I am also just thinking, like Valmiki. While an amendment doesn't come
through (and I don't believe it will ever do), why can't the electors put in
a "blank" vote, i.e. without putting an X against any of the candidates?
Isn't this viable? If it is, wouldn't this teach the politicians a good
lesson?
