Dear Sir/Madam, I am really saddened and disturbed to learn about the state of Goan scenario narreted by Dr. Filomena. This shoud be brought to the notice of the all autorities concerned to stop such negative developments in and around Goa.
Actually, I was planning to retire in a few years in Baga, Goa where I was born and have a home there. But after reading this article, I will have to think twice before I make any plans.
