MY RESPONSE: You have twisted the thread to your advantage. No problem for me & I believe Goanet moderators will have no problems too running marathon on this thread. I have given you enough feedback on the subject and yet you are behaving like Atypical class. Marshall, it was you who wrote that 26 mercy petitions are pending for disposal, therefore I now request you to answer the above three question that you have raised AND IN ADDITION give the names of all 26 cases which are pending for consideration or otherwise. After I get your reply on these questions I will come back to you. And if you don't spell out all 26 cases I will consider you that you are a member of Atypical class of Goanet members.
