Fred, I'm not too sure how you can say that pubic transportation in Goa is bad. I can pretty much travel to any location in Goa without having to rely on personal transportation. If you want bad public transportation, come to America! On the other hand, public transportation may not necessarily be an effective model here given the sprawling nature of its cities and the availability of cheap land. Marlon
