Dear Soter needs to re-read what I have said in my post. In doing so, he must remove the tinted glassed he is wearing so he can see better. If Narvekar is espousing a fly-over which people of Porvorim do not want, all they have to do is to stop him from doing so and suggest a better alternative if at all such alternative is necessary. If not, say you guys are happy with what you have. This is democracy of the Panchayat Raj, he must know. Nothing happens if the people do not want it. If it still happens, then the people must know what to do.
