Simply great revelation. Not taking the oath of celibacy gives one the
licence to abuse females, is it this Floriano wants to say?
In other words Floriano is admitting that lay people in Goa are not bound by
any morals. This is exactly the double standards I am speaking about. one
for me and another for others.
