I'm still waiting on the record repair... which gets back to my point
about having someone to email or contact about the status of the
problem.

In reference to your paid support which is in the pipeline: the only
time that I need help from the appengine team is when you guys break
my database during one of your "planned outages."  I would hardly pay
to have you fix problems that you are creating.
