I have a shared calendar that will not show "available" times from the
public URL.

I have daily (Monday-Friday) repeating appointments.. It will show the
"busy" ones but not the "available".

but is i set the settings to "show as busy" when i make the
appointment - It shows "busy" publicly.

Why are the "available" times not shown.. Isn't it the same setting?

Very frustrated.
