Hello, Concerning again my request to use the "mlcs" project name that has been inactive for 5 years:
I sent several messages to the owner's gmail addresses that appear in the project and received no answers. I then googled the name and managed to locate a webpage from Brunel University in the UK listing a former PhD student who is almost certainly the owner of the project by his interests. (No other search results seem at all relevant.) A mail to the Brunel address bounced back as not valid. I then wrote to the student's PhD supervisor who informed me that he has lost touch with the student and has no forwarding address for him. I believe that according to your criteria, this project is dead and the name can be released.
