So my "networking program" can be called from server and only use iGG
for
UI (display)?
But this does not give me access to the host/client system.

I have seen iGGs like "Batter Meter" which is accessing the host/
client system
for hardware information, so it means there is code accessing/calling
windows APIs.
So I was wondering if this could be extended to include network stack.
