Are we talking Google Maps, or Google Maps API? I guess the former, in which case the Maps TOU apply: http://www.google.com/intl/en_ALL/help/terms_local.html. There's nothing there about how third-party data is hosted. The sentences about individual users and business users are about the END users of the map, that is, people who view the map containing your data.
