Greetings,

On many sites, I get the following message when I click on a link to a
Google map:

"*The Google Maps API server rejected your request. This could be
because the API key used on this site was registered for a different
web site. You can generate a new key for this web site at
http://code.google.com/apis/maps/.*";

I tried the following suggestion from the Mozillazine site:

"*The Advanced JavaScript Settings window in Firefox does not include
a "Change images" option (it was removed in Firefox 1.5). If
necessary, use about:config ; to reset the /dom.disable_image_src_set/
preference to the default /false/ value*,"

but it did not help. I get the same error message with Firefox,
Netscape, IE and Chrome on my PC. However, on my wife's PC, she does
not get the error message. I have also cleared out my cache but it did
not help. Can you please help me find what is causing this problem on
my PC? I am using Windows XP, SP2.

I am only a user, not a programmer. So I am wondering if there is
anything on my end that I can do to be able to view Google maps on
websites?

Thanks... Gary
