This means it's not browser-specific, and it's something which is
specific to your PC, and no-one else's. Because we're not sitting with
you, it's not easy to help.

However: this message *can* be caused if Google don't get some data
about where you're clicking to get the map (this is normally passed
automatically as part of how browsers work). That can happen if you're
running some "security", "privacy" or other "anonymising" software
(Norton Internet Security, ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite, AVG
Internet Security to name but three). Try disabling that and see if it
makes a difference.

Note that help from a distance is likely to be extremely vague and
potentially limited to just this suggestion.
