Greetings. Static maps API seems to return map images in this format:
<img src=http://maps.google.com/mapdata?
Point=b&Point.latitude_e6=51472608&Point.longitude_e6=4294519238&Point.iconid=51&Point=e&latitude_e6=51472608&longitude_e6=4294519238&zm=1200&w=600&h=400&cc=&......>

In particular, i'd like to know if there is a way (programatically,
javascript ideally) to convert these unsigned "coordinates" back to
signed decimal coordinates with proper E/W/N/S signing, etc:

latitude_e6=51472608
longitude_e6=4294519238

I'm stumped.

These are actually lat: 51.472608, lng: -0.4294519238
