I'm glad you like the wording; and it appears to be easily translatable via the Google translate tool. I think that the web form for new posts is a Groups thing and offers limited scope for customisation. And of course it doesn't work at all if queries are emailed. We're probably stuck with it. Perhaps your six points could be incorporated into the pink box at the bottom of the Guidelines.
