Exactly. Pamela has said a few times, its not changeable - its a general Groups thing. Is there anything that could be added to the Group homepage? - imagine new users are still likly to be looking at that. > > Perhaps your six points could be incorporated into the pink box at the > bottom of the Guidelines. Is that a good idea? Possibly, but I do like Johns "to the point" bullet list. - the more wordy the page, the less people are going to read it? And adding both, would probably be too much. Maybe could just put Bruces points on a new page. And add a "still dont think this applies to YOU? then read this" link :) Johns list could maybe even added to that second page too. > > > > Besides Mike Williams, who can see your Javascript without an Internet > > connection :-), the experienced members of this list need something to > > work with if you want their help. Experience mostly :) He clearly tries out all/most the features himself - esp in writing the tutorials - so has probably run up against the same issues during testing ;) > > > Andrew > > > > -- Barry - www.nearby.org.uk - www.geograph.org.uk - --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps API" group.
